Donald R. Cropsey, Vice President & Chief Residential Officer
Donald R. Cropsey represents clients locally and is the Chief Residential Officer of the firm. He has provided real estate counseling and valuation services for a wide array of clients since 1991. Earlier professional work comprises primarily a background in the assessment field with experience with the inspection, measuring and analysis of real estate for re-assessment purposes. He also performed mass appraisal analysis on a contract basis.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University. His professional memberships include an Associate Membership in the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Cropsey is currently a state licensed appraiser in the State of Michigan and a Certified Level One Assessor in the State of Michigan. Don is also a Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) approved appraiser.
